主要內容

一、作品類別和時長要求 Entry Category and Duration Requirements

以生活現象、科學現像或科學原理為創作選題。申報作品分為科學探究紀錄片、科學短片和科普動畫三個類別：Choose topics for creation based on everyday phenomena, scientific phenomena, or scientific principles. The submitted works are divided into three categories: scientific exploration documentaries, scientific micro films, and popular science animations

1) 科學探究紀錄片(Scientific Exploration Documentary) : 作品以真實的科學探究過程為內核，以科學方法和視角詮釋科學內容，不能虛構，並能以藝術的影視手段展現，引發人們對科學的思考。The work is based on real scientific exploration processes, interpreting scientific content through scientific methods and perspectives. It should not be fictional and should be presented through artistic audiovisual means, stimulating people’s thinking about science（片長 = 4-8 分鐘 Length 4-8 minutes）

2) 科學微電影(Scientific Micro Films)：創作具有科學價值的劇情故事，要具備時間、地點、人物、主題和故事情節等要素，注重劇本的創作，使講述的故事完整、生動，具有較高的觀賞性。Creating a narrative story with scientific value requires elements such as time, place, characters, themes, and plot. It emphasizes the creation of a script to make the storytelling complete, vivid, and highly engaging.（時長 = 4-8 分鐘 Length 4-8 minutes）

3) 科普動畫(Popular Science Animations)：作者以簡約、誇張、幽默的手法，圍繞著一個生活中的科學現像或抽象的科學知識，透過生動的情節用動畫的方式表現出來。The author uses simple, exaggerated, and humorous techniques to revolve around a scientific phenomenon or abstract scientific knowledge in everyday life, presenting it through lively animated scenarios.（時長 = 2-4 分鐘 Length 2-4 minutes）

二、組別 Streams (接受國內學校學生參加，學生可選擇獨立參與或經學校提名參與)

1) 大專大學生（包括高職生，大專生）Tertiary or above (including vocational colleges)

2) 高中生 Senior Secondary Schools

3) 初中生 Junior Secondary Schools

4) 小學生 Primary Schools

每位作品輔導教師不多於2人，每項作品主創人員不多於5人，不得中途換人，不得跨組別組隊。 在一屆活動中，每位學生只能申報一件作品。There should be no more than 2 teacher-in-charge for each work, and no more than 5 student participants for each work. No substitution of team members are allowed once submission is completed, and teams across streams are not accepted. Each student can only apply for one piece of work in this event.

三、活動流程及時間 Event Schedule

1) 2024年12月- 2025年3月31日作品申報 (Application Period)

2) 2025年4月作品評選 (Judging)

3) 2025年5月推薦作品參加全國申 (Nomination for National Competition)

4) 2025年5月公佈（香港）得獎名單 (Result (Hong Kong) Announcement)

5) 2025年6-10月推薦作品的初評和終評展示活動（終評通知另發）(Assessment & Final Judging)

6) 2025年8月頒獎典禮（香港）(Award Presentation Ceremony (Hong Kong)

7) 2025年11-12月公佈 全國 得獎名單 (Result (National) Announcement)

四、關於技術要求 Technical Requirements(一) 參加評審作品常規技術要求：General technical requirements採用MP4格式檔。 畫面比例為4:3，解析度為720× 576（像素）；或畫面比例16:9，解析度為1280×720（像素），建議視訊碼串流（單位時間的資料流量）在2000-2500Kbps之 間為宜。MP4 format file. Screen ratio 4:3 and Resolution 720×576 (pixels); or the screen ratio 16:9 and the resolution 1280×720 (pixels). Video code stream (data traffic per unit time) 2000-2500Kbps is recommended.

五、 質量注意事項：Quality1) 作品畫面清晰，層次分明，色彩自然，無跳幀、漏畫現象。The visuals of the work are clear, well-defined, with natural colors, and free from frame skipping or missing frames.2) 聲音及畫面同步，音量適中，不失真，無明顯過大過小或時大時小，無明顯背景噪音。 Synchronized audio and video, moderate volume, no distortion, no significant fluctuations in volume, and no noticeable background noise”3) 作品配音應採用國語，音質清晰。 如內容需採用方言或民族語言，須加同期字幕，字幕大小適中，不能出現錯字。 The voiceover in the work should be in Mandarin with clear audio quality. If dialect or ethnic languages are used in the content, synchronized subtitles should be added. The subtitles should be of moderate size and free from spelling errors

註：製作影片的時候，最後生成之前，要按照上述規範做檢查，是否有影片作品中缺少聲音、播出聲道錯誤、出現不該有的重複聲音。Note: When making a video, before generating final work, check according to the above specifications to see if there are any missing sounds, incorrect audio channel output, or repeated sounds that should not be present in the video.

圍繞著競賽主題，聚焦於傳播科學知識，倡導科學方法，展示科學探究成果，鼓勵運用新技術、新方法進行藝術創作，作品類別分為括科學探究紀錄片、科學微電影和科普動畫。Centered around the competition theme, the focus is on disseminating scientific knowledge, advocating the scientific method, showcasing scientific research outcomes, and encouraging the use of new technologies and methods in artistic creation. The categories of works include scientific documentary films, scientific micro films, and popular science animations.

往屆影像節作品（或與以往申報作品雷同）不得重複申報，如發現將取消作者的參評資格。 Works from previous festivals (or works that are similar to previously submitted works) cannot be re-submitted. If found, the author’s qualification will be disqualified. 主辦單位擁有出版作品集、公開展覽展示、宣傳推廣等作品使用權，但不作為商業用途。Except for commercial purposes, the organizer has the right to use the works for publication, public exhibition, publicity and promotion.
